Pre-Registration
In order to serve our students and instructors better, the Shelby County Arts Council requires pre-registration and pre-payment to reserve a space in any SCAC class or workshop. See information below for instructions on how to register!
How To Register

In Person: You are welcome to register at our facility, which is located at 104 Mildred Street, Columbiana, AL 35051 during business hours.
By Mail: Print registration from website (www.shelbycountyartscouncil.com) and

Refund Policy
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be given. A refund (minus a $10 handling fee) will be given if a student gives a 2-week cancellation notice before class starts. Credit will be issued (for use in a future class) if cancellation is made within 1 – 13 days of class start date. No refunds or credits are granted for withdrawals made on or after the first day of class. Returned checks require a $25.00 fee.
