Nic attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts and continued his studies in Psychology, Music Education, and Piano Performance at the University of Alabama, University of Montevallo, Allegheny College, and The Eastman School of Music at Rochester University. Over ten years ago, Nic opened Nicholas Patterson Music in Alexander City, Alabama, which grew to a thriving music education business before his move to Columbiana, Alabama.
Nic was recently hired by the First United Methodist Church of Columbiana as the full-time Minister of Music and has been a Choir Director and Worship Leader for over ten years. Nic, his wife, Kimberly, and two (soon to be three!) children reside in Columbiana.
